Violated the applicable policies, as outlined in the SafeSport Code for the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movement, by 1) violating both Virginia and North Carolina law by having sexual contact with minor Claimant; 2) violating the USAV Ethical Standards against exploitative relationships and sexual intimacies with current athletes when she engaged in an intimate sexual relationship with minor Claimant; and 3) violating USAV Ethical Standards against sexual intimacies with former athletes when she engaged in a sexual intimate relationship with Claimant within two years of the dissolution of the coach-athlete relationship.
